Just a general question, is the Magix Prores a certified codec? I didn't see it on this list

Can one realistically encode to a Magix Prores codec to hand over to a broadcaster if required? A little confused about this codec.
While I was waiting for three renders to complete, I did the unthinkable. I sent a note to Apple. After all they should know who in the world has a ProRes license since they are getting paid to know.

Render a clip, then use Media Info to read the Writing Application.

Apple licensed product will appear as well Apple. I bet you can only render apple prores on an apple OS.

Has anyone submitted a Prores file exported from vegas for broadcast or cross platform work?
The only software I saw on that list that does certified prores on windows is Scratch
