Mainconcept AVC/mp4 codec problems

Hi for some unknown reason pro11 is crashing my graphics card when i try to render out to one of the mainconcept AVC/mp4 templates.

im running windows 7 only 32 bit though,

4 gig ram

graphics card nvidia 8800 gts

any ideas out there what might be causing this,ive installed all the most up to date drivers for the card,

ive un installed vegas and re installed,ive also done the same with the graphic drivers,but still no joy

I have had issues with some footage being rendered out using this template along with fx. I was having problems with HDV footage. Full 1920x1080p footage I have had no issues with using this encoder. I am running 64 bit windows.
