MainConcept AVC - Question

I have 720x480 DV interlaced footage on my timeline and I want to export to AVC/MP4 for the web. I know you always have to deinterlace interlace footage if you want to display it on the web via a computer monitor.

Does the deinterlacing occur during this encoding statge when exporting to a MP4? I set the MainConcept setting to 30 fps progressive 640x480...

Yes, you can deinterlace while encoding by rendering progressive.
