major bug : V9 playback freeze with 1394 preview

Vegas just completly freeze after some frames each time i start playback with 1394 preview selected. I have nothing other than one plain DV track in a std DV project.

No problem when output monitor is not selected.

Any idea? This is not funny...

I never encountered this with previous versions.

Posters on the Creative Cow and DV Info forums have reported the same behaviour.
This is definitely a major bug that must be resolved ASAP.

This is how I output to an NTSC Monitor.
I've been editing w/ the Trial since it was released. I haven't tweaked any settings except the WorkSpace.

No problems here.

No problem here either.
FW out --> DSR-25 (digital tape deck) --> NTSC monitor via S-video.

Happened to me once. I closed out Vegas and started again, haven't had a problem since. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
