Make DVD, Project Size Error

With DVDAS5.0, I have a project I want to burn to DVD. It comprises 3 video files with links on the main menu. Upon choosing "optimize DVD" it will correctly show the files and how they will compress on the disc.
But when I choose "Make DVD" at the review message screen, it will only show the project size as the menu size (~0.6MB) I can click optimize from here and it will show the files correctly compressed. Although the estimated project size will only show the menu value and I can not get past this.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you added your media to the menu timeline, not the media timeline (two different things).

Don't drag your media to the menu timeline, Instead, right-click on the purple menu icon in the Explorer tree to the left and "Insert Media." That will put it in a Title below the menu, where it belongs.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately your solution did not work :(

Fortunately, I was able to get it working again by uninstalling, clearing the registry and reinstalling.

Not sure how to explain it, but oh well
