Make Movie

I'm trying to render a project and send it to dvd Architect. The file keeps wanting to render to a mpg file which Architect will not open. somethings messed up here!

I never use Make Movie because it's just too restricted. Click on the Advanced button to get the real render function with all it's options. Pick MPEG2 and choose one of the "DVD Architect" templates. This should open in DVDA fine.

Note that the DVD Architect templates do not include sound in the MPEG2 file. This is normal. You'll have to render the audio separately. If you have a newer version of Vegas then render to Dolby AC3. If you have an older version then use WAV.
