So what is the difference between the options of making a movie?

1. DVD NTSC
2. DVD NTSC videostream
3. DVD Architect NTSC vidoestream
4. DVD Architect 24P NTSC videostream?

I will be using DVD architect to burn my movies to DVD.
I suppose I could also use my copy of ULEAD DVD Movie factory too... its an older copy though...

Should I check the option for "stretch video to fill output frame?

What other things can I do to get the most quality that I can?
