Making a DVD with mpeg2 adn mp4 files

How can I use my 5 minute mpeg 2 or mp4 video files and make my own DVD with them?

DVD specs don't include mp4, though many DVD players will handle some versions of mp4. Generally you'd make a regular SD DVD using mpg2, then include mp4 for PC viewing only, or else burn as DivX or Xvid on a separate disc. BD & compatible DVDs are a different matter, but we're waiting till June for that.
