Unless you're using early releases of DVDA-2, you probably don't have any way to make a DVD that isn't copyable. And the fact that early releases of DVDA-2 made some uncopyable discs was a bug that was thankfully eradicated.

I dunno about Kinko's policies. There isn't one within reasonable driving distance of me so i've never been in one. However, i have a suspicion that any reasonably well-run shop is probably going to ask a lot of hard questions about the disc to make sure that the person asking for copies has the legal right to make the copies. I'm not saying he won't get them, but he may be grilled a bit first.

If he's got a DVD burner in his computer he can use the burning software that came with it to make copies, probably in 20 minutes or less each.

If you're using Nero to burn, make a Data DVD of your TS video file and send that. Have him load it into a newly created file on his computer and then have Nero or another DVD burning program burn the Video TS. (You may want to include the audio TS just in case his burning program needs it too.)

If you're using Nero, you really should be using it to make a DVD Video disk, not a Data disk. The later versions of Nero do warn you about this when you try to copy VOB files.

But apart from that if your client has a DVD burner in his PC and Nero then he can copy them himself.

Still cannot see why you wouldn't want to do this for the client.
Passing work back at the client just doesn't seem like a good business practice to me.
