manipulating tracks

How can select all the independent audio samples / files which represented on the audio tracks time line and...

copy them / paste them / shift them around on the time line without having to address each indvidual file itself.

For audio that has like many sound effects, this can be very time consuming.

Click the first one, then Ctrl-Click additional events to add them to the selection. They will all move/copy/paste together.

There is also a "selection" cursor which lets you drag a rectangle around a group of events to select them all at once.

Just use the conventional Windows methods for selecting/copying/moving/whatever multiple objects !
