You have both 2 and 3 as children of 1. Try making 2 be the parent of 3 instead of a child track. That may help. The way you have it now track 1 is probably masking 4.

Track 1 is the MASTER parent. This fades everything in.

Yes, but as Chienworks points out, you probably want the track above acting as a parent too.
Think like track 1 is grandfather, track 2 is father, track 3 is a child.
Make sense?
