Maximum resolution for moving events?

I'm syncing up events and am hoping there is a way to increase the resolution, or reduce the minimum amount that I can move an event from the default.

Is there a way to do this?

I tried changing the time scale in "Ruler" to samples from SMTPW drop frame but the events seem to move the same interval.

turn off "quantize to frames" if you havent done so already
