Media event offline

I have managed to kill the audio and vidio portion of any vidio that I drag onto the TRACK. The ruler still moves along the blank boxes on the track, and the vidio preview still functions correctly.

If I drag the "what's this" arrow to the blank events on the track, it says "Media Offline".

I am using VMS 6.0b, build `126. I am using Windows XP.

if you renamed or moved the file, or even if you rename a hard drive, the program no longer knows where to find your files...that's usually what media offline means.

Since the video clip actually plays in the preview window, VMS is finding the file. An outline of where the video and audio would be on the Track appears, but it is showing no video frames, only an empty box.

This item was not checked, but it is now and everything is back to normal.
