Media Manager not installed

I'm considering upgrading from Platinum to Pro chiefly for the 'Media Manager" in Pro. I installed the trial version to check it out but clicking on the tab returns, "Media Manager not installed".

How do I install it? I would think I'd get a, "Media Manager not available with trial version" if that was the issue...

Because of a lot of complaints about Media Manager, it's now a separate download/install.
You can get it on this page.
