I'm not sure but it sounds like either you moved or delted your original avi file.

You should get an error message when opening the project with 4 options. If you check 'try to locate file/s, it'll search to where the original has been moved to, thus creating a 'path'.

I tried locating the files with the error message and it does not find anything. Most of the files missing are ones that have alot of editing to them. I haven't deleted any files... at least I don't think I did.

Errmmm... look in the Trash Can? Do a global search for avi files? Or search for any other media with the extension you need?

I looked for the files in the trash and they are not there. They are located in a file with the other video clips but they are now a "SKF" file type and they wont open up in the Window media. The file types with Video Clip do open up in Windows media and in Screenblast. They do end in ".avi" but they also are "sfk". Is there any way to fix this.
