SmyLee, unfortunately I don't have an answer but maybe a lead. I have the same problem when I use NewBlue Titler Pro in 12. It immediately crashes SVP, yet it doesn't when I use NBTP - OpenFX. I am sure it is due to my old Quadro FX 4600 Card. It IS Open GL but not compatible with SVP 12 since it is Open CL 1.2 and you need 1.4 I think to be able to use GPU Accelerating, which NewBlue desperately uses. I don't use GPU accelerating.

I am pretty sure your issue would be found there in your video driver, and what I recommend is installing ONLY the drive that came with your card and do not update. 95% of updates from NVidia are for the gamers not the editors. Always remember, Vegas Pro works perfectly with the equipment SCS used to Beta test it. It is the end user who screws it up.
