Melodyne Direct Note Access

Anybody mess with this yet? This software busts down a chord into separate timelines and you can vary one or all of the separate notes to change the chords.

Is there a demo? I know it's not coming out until this fall.

I use Melodyne Uno all the time and it's an outstanding tool for solo lines. I'll be first in line to purchase Direct Note Access. Celemony make some very nice products.

How could anyone have used this yet except MAYBE a beta tester...its not out.

There is a demo video but it is not released yet. Sorry about that. It does look pretty amazing.

From MELODYNE's own FAQ:
"Is it possible using Melodyne to extract individual instruments from a mix?

No. Whilst Melodyne's polyphonic algorithm achieves outstanding results when it comes to time-stretching or the transposition of an entire mix, the isolation of individual instruments within a mix is not one of its tasks. Besides which, what you are asking here simply isn't possible with existing technology. "

It's limited to one instrument/one track of the same instrument. Looked like something I could use up to that point.
