Menu Bottun help

I am having problems with my button. This just started as bgefore I was able to pick a start time on the media and click animated and the video would appear.

But now it stays black. I can see the video when I slide the time but it goes black after I stop.

Any suggestion as to how to stop this problem.

What format is the video you're connecting the button to and borrowing your thumbnail from?

Ideally, it should be a 720x480 MPEG2, if you're creating a DVD.

Thanks for the info. I found the problem to be with the rendering. I re-rendered it and all works as normal.
