Right click on a Menu and select "Insert Submenu".

This will create a New Menu, add a link from the first menu and a link back on the new menu.

Sorry Peter, too thick for that to sink in.
I've got it as far as right clicking and choosing "insert submenu".
This is on a blank menu page, right?
I need to create one menu page containing links to five other menu pages that already exist. These are five different catagories of exercises based on age.
Already have an introductory video and sequential links to five different menu pages, each containing half a dozen exercise demos.
What I need is a page with text links to each of the five menus.
How do I add links?

Ah - to link to existing pages - in that case you may have to Insert Empty Buttons, then make them link to where you want (under "Action"). You can also choose Thumbnail Media.

Yep,----that's it Peter,----empty button, action and destination.
Many thanks.

Or you can just bring up the menu page that you want to have the links, and drag the relevant menu pages from the Project Overview window to the menu page you're looking at. DVDA will create a button linking to the other menus.

Thanks Bee.
