Mercalli 4 Jumpy 59.94fps Footage...

I'm having some issues with stabilizing some 59.94fps footage shot on a Canon 5D Mark IV. I have footage that is both 120fps as well as 59.94 in the project. I've set the project settings to match the 59.94. I've rendered out to Magix Internet 1080 Intel QSV 29.97. I've disabled resampling and some shots work great while others are very, very jumpy. I know that Mercalli ProDad is rather particular- I was wondering if any of you have overcome this jumpy footage issue (it looks like it is dropping frames on the final render). The Draft and Preview timeline views play as expected, it's just the rendered file that is not usable.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Either are greatly appreciated!

For some reason the Sony AVC/MVC rendered much smoother than the Magix option. It's not perfect, but 90% better. Strange.

I have seen the same with my GoPro footage. Seems to be worse if I also zoom in on the video using pan and crop. I wonder what the solution is.
