Mercalli 4 Plug-in bug? Confirm?

Could someone please do a quick test to see if this is a bug or a problem with my system? Here is a screenshot of the preset I'm using-Best stabilization while minimizing the amount of zoom.

Once the analysis is completed, the window changes to this.

Note that now, it has been changed to Best Border and maximum zoom. I can manually change it back to Best Stabiliztion and reduce the scale back to .05 and the zoom out will occur. However, if I simply select the same preset again, it requires a re-analysis.

Could someone give this a try? Thanks.

As far as I know 16 and 18 fps are no valid framerates in the project settings of Vegas.

Sure they are! They may not be one of the pre-listed choices, but you can just type 16 or 18 (or any other value) in the frame rate window.

Not true. You can type in 16 as well as 18. I have used 18 successfully for my 8mm films.

Have managed to get a workaround, found settings that work and saved them as a ustom set, then have to run twice, first time it leaves the odd one or two frames with the analyse banner, select reset then analyse again so far so good a long winded way but have to grin and bare it until mercalli resolves.

fps I have always used studio 12, 13 and now vegas pro 14, I am happy with the way it handles these frame rates, when rendering I set to interpolate and get very good results.

majority of editing is 3D hd and that is another can of worms, preview stattering etc. so need for proxy files for each clip which vegas has no option I found yet for cleaning, manually have to delete them etc.

Main reason I went for vegas was the built in ability to handle 3D as opposed to PP where u need plug ins etc.

i will carry on experimenting with mercalli and report back

Firstly many thanks for all the comments, now working reliably especially after reading XBERK's reply from Mercalli, steps that work, are 1-select and highlight clip, snap cursor to beginning frame of clip, add video FX Prodad to clip (last in the chain at the moment), untick cmos, select the first sports medium camera, analyse, works every time, if I do not snap the cursor on the time line to the beginning of the clip then I occasionally get the odd frame with the analyse banner and have to re-analyse. I may not have been able to sort this out without all the comments here.

Still add my observations to your comments that this is not a very pro reliable plugin.

Not getting Merc 4 Plugin to behave either in MAGIX Vegas Pro 14. Working in VP13, no issues there.

What's the story so far?

I sent ProDad a link to my video demo with Mercalli V4 on Sat Jan 28th, just got a response this morning as folllows;
