Mercalli - audio drop out

Just started using Mercalli 4 and I've noticed that I have audio drop outs on the rendered video. Are there any recommended settings? Is it best not to render out the sound but keep the original? Thanks.

I can't see any audio issues.
Did you using the latest version?

Here's the notes on latest update 22-Dec-2014 : 4.0.438:-

* Support for JVC TOD/MOD Videos

* Faster Playback on smaller views

* Overlay Note by non-real time playback

* Audio fixed by export with "Combine Files"

ProDad is definitely on the ball.
