Mercalli disabled during render to Sony AVC 720p

Anyone have this problem? While rendering out to Sony AVC 720p, when the render gets to my 1080i HDV clips the error of having to re-stabilize pops up about half way through the clip. I didn't catch it in DVDA before I burned to BD, but it sure caught my eye when I was playing on a set top player. The error was rendered along with it.
I was able to render it out to Sony AVC 24p & MainConcept 2 with no problem.

I had a similar problem when I changed the project properties or render properties to be double the frame rate that I had set when mercalli analyzed the clip. Mercalli had only half enough data and gave that message exactly 50% through the clip.
