Mercalli Plugins not letting me enter the serial numbers

For some reason I am not able to enter my serial numbers for the Mercalli plugins when I do an install of Vegas Pro on new machine. Everything else loads fine except this so I end up with the mercalli logos when I use the ProDad Mercalli effect. I even tried with build 201 but same problem - it won't allow me to register the serial numbers for Mercalli so the full version can be activated. (This is for Vegas Pro 14 - received the free upgrade from Version 13 when I purchased it earlier this year.)

There is no error message. I got tge prompts to install Mercalli but not once during the procedure does it ask me for the Mercalli code. I am only prompted for my Vegas code and thats it. Everything works fine but when I enable the plugin when editing the logos appear as if its a trial version.

I just figured it out. I did not know you had to enter the code when you use the plugin for the first time. Above the analyze video button is a button in same size and shape that says "Unlock" - duh! I figured it out. Thanks to the people who tried to help out.
