Merging Vegas EDL's

Is there an easy way to "merge" 2 separate EDL files in
Vegas 1.0b? I've done hours of editing work on tracks on
one EDL that now need to be merged back into the master
tracks EDL...Select All/COPY/PASTE won't work once I've
opened the other EDL file.

Please tell me I'm not hosed...

you can copy pastes events between 2 open copies of Vegas-
that's the easiest way (some limits...).
