Microsoft DV & Texas Instruments DV Driver?

Can both drivers work on the same machine?
Vegas uses the MS Dv driver and Avid DVXpress uses the TI DV driver.
Right now I have the TI driver working with Avid.
But the MS driver is not under Device manager under Imaging devices.
Is there a way I can load this and where do I get the MS driver from?

DVXpress 3 and previous have a driver swapping utility, part of the standard install. Pop that open and pick the driver you need. App restart is usually required.

In DVX version 3.5, this is a non-issue, as they now use the MSDV driver, same as Vegas.
