I’ve just recently purchased a new laptop and installing my programs on it, I have them all on my PC but thought it’ll be handy having them on the laptop.

Ive managed to install Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum along with the ad ons, however when I try to install my DVD Architect 5 from the disk it keeps coming up with Downloading Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 then I get a pop up box with the following message: Download failed. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again.

My laptop is connected to the internet 🛜 does anyone know how I can get around this issue! Thanks

Windows can install this automatically - I did just days ago after installing a new NVMe C drive.

Using Windows search field, search for 'Control Panel' and then select 'Turn Windows features on or off'. In the window that then opens, check the top item named 'NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)' as well as its 2 sub-features:

Windows should then auto-install the required .NET Framework features that will enable DVDA to work.
