Mid-Project Render Settings

Just finished my first wedding video. Due to the large amount of material, I've been editing in sperate sections (ceremony, arrivals, reception, etc.).
My question is, with DVD being the final output, in what format should I render the various sections before a final assembly and audio mix? Will I lose res if I do it DV-AVI? Mpeg 2 since i'ts just a couple of edits, or does that mean I'm rendering twice or losing quaility? Uncompressed AVI?

Thank you for your Help!

I would use DV-AVI. That's the same as your source. Definitely no need for uncompressed. This is also good if you want to PTT to VHS. MPEG2 would NOT be good unless you want several MPEG2 files on the DVD. You definitely don't want to place a bunch of MPEG2 files on the timeline and then render a final full length MPEG2 file.

Exactly what I needed- and I trust the source! Thanx
