Don't know which brand is best, but yes, you can burn them. I've done several with DVD Arch.

You can if your burner has the physical capability. Most burners do, but you need to make sure you have that extra small ring in the burner tray.

They burn and play fine, and are a great conversation piece.

I've bought Riteks in bulk from Meritline. They're only about $0.50 each this way, though you then need to get little jewelboxes separately.
