Mini Ursa and Vegas 12

Hi there,

I am using V 12 and I am planning to buy the mini ursa 4,6.
Does anyone has any experience with the workflow in Vegas? Does it run smootly or are there many workarounds to get the material to be edited?

You probably have to transcode to a Vegas friendly format. XAVC Intra or Cineform or Sony YUV to maintain 10bit.

Hi, you did not mention if you would be recording Pro-res or RAW. Vegas can edit pro-res but not output it. RAW would need conversion, maybe in catalyst prepare or others, not sure.

so far I know, Ursa Mini also include Davinci Resolve 12. So if you need to edit RAW, you only able to do it there.
But if you are shooting Pro-Res, you can still do it with Vegas12.
