Missing Audio on Rendered MPEGs

tevoigt wrote on 1/20/2004, 4:04 PM
I have numerous instances of rendered MPEGs which are missing their audio. This has happened on both MPEG2 for DVD and MPEG1 for VCD.

This started happening soon after I upgraded to 4.0e.

Anyone else? Any ideas?

MPEG-2 for DVD isn't supposed to have audio.
I've only used Vegas to encode mpeg-1 for VCD a few times as I found TMPGEnc did a better job so I haven't Vegas since.

When you did the encode did you check that the Include audio box was checked. It usually is by default but you never know.
