While you might consider those options to be important, I don't. Right mouse clicking to get Properties is something that we all do even in Windows, so it's "intuitive" for everyone. And while using a couple of keystrokes to get access to customize the keyboard further, maybe.

As for how you can use the UI of keyboard customization, considering it confusing, in spite of the tabs and search window, and unintuitive, is purely subjective. I don't find it as such, but again, that is my "subjective" opinion.
