You are most likely missing a codec.
Tell us where the file came from, what encoder was used (MediaInfo freeware will tell you this), and someone will help you.

i used MediaInfo freeware and screen shotted the info about the file

You'll need to download and install an Xvid codec. I think it's still free.

I haven't used this in some time so maybe someone can tell you if you need a particular version.
