do you mean by "do all this work"?

Well then just call me stupid. I can't find out how to mix with
effects. If you would help I wouldnt have to be reread what i didnt
get the first 500 times.:)

From the File menu, select Save As. In the dialog, chose the format
you want to save to. In this case any of the audio formats would be
fine, but you might just want to try wave.

Select the "template" or the format you want or create a custom
template as you desire.

Click OK, and you will create a master mix to the desired format.

For a complete description, select Contents and Index from the Help
menu. Locate the Projects section, expand it and select Rendering. Or
do a search in the index for Save and select Rending.
