Mocha Vegas Not Working in Vegas Pro 22

So i purchased the Vegas Pro 22 suite mainly for the Mocha tracking technology. But Mocha Vegas wont pop up in my video FX tab. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling Mocha Vegas multiple times, tried directing the path in the VST preferences, Tried copying the files to a new local folder, but nothing will get it to pop up. Every other add on including Mocha Pro will pop up (tried downloading it to see if it would work and it did but i dont have a license to the pro version)

First make sure you are installing the correct Mocha Vegas version for Vegas Pro 22

Mocha VEGAS 10.0.6.26

Bumping this thread, Mocha does not appear in my video FX tab despite uninstalling and reinstalling the version above. Have also reinstalled Vegas Pro 22, reset settings, deleted all files relating to Mocha on my drive, and clearing relevant registry.

I want to follow up for one final time on this thread to provide closure to any future visitors.

Upon release of Vegas Pro 22 ver. 122 Mocha Vegas did NOT work in any instance. It was not detected in my video FX or media FX panels no matter what I tried. As mentioned in my previous comment, I uninstalled and reinstalled Mocha VEGAS 10.0.6.26 multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Vegas Pro, cleared my Vegas Temp folder, reset my preferences, deleted all Mocha files from my computer including hand deleting every registry entry for "mocha" in regedit, updated drivers and installed the latest Microsoft Visual C++. Essentially, nothing worked, at all.

Two days later, October 30, 2024 Magix just released Version 194 of Vegas Pro 22. When I started the program a grey prompt popped up after entering my serial number for the new version of Vegas, the prompt said "Mocha successfully activated." Now Mocha is working for me once again. I don't know that this will work for everyone, but it did for me, and I'm thankful for that.

I upgraded to Pro22 yesterday, no sign of Mocha. I downloaded and installed the correct version and Downloaded Visual C++ which performed a repair but stll no sign of Mocha. It is still available on Pro21. Submitted a ticket and now waiting. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thanks Steve, bitman just pointed out that I have upgraded to VP22, not the suite version. I just saw a super low price and went for it. I still have it installed on my VP21 suite. I reckon I just assumed I was upgrading like for like...

I had this issue upon upgrading, the upgrade process automatically enters the Pro22 serial number and not the Pro22 suite serial number. this was the cause of the issue for me. Make sure you enter the suite serial number when starting for the first time, if not deactivate the program, found under the help menu then re-enter it
