I've kinda sifted through some threads on this subject but didn't really find a direct answer/solution.
Right now I have a FIC SD11 w/ Athlon 600. I have a Pinnacle 1394 that came in a Sony DV package. I have had many many problems using V.V., and am starting to wonder if maybe my motherboard doesn't enjoy the firewire card very much. Or USB and 1394 argue. I have a Sony Dv camera for video, and a MOTU 828 for audio.
I know I'm being pretty vague, but my other posts seem to have fallen on deaf ears.
