I am trying out motion blur. I see how to do it for all tracks and turn it off for select tracks. But suppose I want it on one track for a little while and then on another track for a little while? Essentially, I would like to control motion blur at the clip or track level (like velocity envelope or keyframed track motion or event FX etc.). How to do this? Thank you!
