Motion Tracking

Does anyone know if Vegas Pro Edit has motion tracking or is it only available in the Pro Studio. The reason I am asking is I am about to switch over to a SmartScription and Edit is a lot cheaper that Studio.

Edit has motion tracking. Suite also has a Mocha plugin which is great for tracking and masking.
