Motion tracking

Good afternoon. I have used Vegas Pro for many years but this is my first time into motion tracking. I wish to put the attached png over a an indoor bowlers head as he is taking his shot and following his head, what is the best way to go about this please will be using Vegas Pro 23. Is there a good tutorial to be found on this please. Cheers John

@pioneer109 Try this video, I don't think much if anything has changed.

PS. they did add Mocha at one point but as that is no longer in VP23 I'm assuming the tracking is back to how it was as in the vid link..
