This is what Im seeing if I use Motion-Track, and the grid lines in video preview is also not working. And the texts-box which appear in preview which will be able to move like motion track is also unavailable.
Are you an NVIDIA mobile GPU user? If so try driver 522.30 or older. Otherwise in preferences/video if you select a different GPU or turn it off does the preview work correctly?

Turning off preference is hindering the performance, like playback is lagging. Is there any workaround?
Install driver 522.30. One other idea- place your Fx with the GPU off and to preview it select a section of the timeline and hit shift +b to create a ram preview. To finish editing turn the GPU back on.
NVIDIA mobile GPU
Just for my understanding: The mentioned problems only apply to mobile NVDIA, but not to NVIDIA's desktop models ? (I could not reproduce the errors on my PC).
Yes, only mobile Nvidia GPUs; so far only mobile 3XXX series users have reported issues. I'm on a desktop 3080 and am good.
To clarify it's not just a 30 series mobile GPU problem, other generations are also affected, but yes desktop GPUs don't have this issue.
