I apologise for raising this topic again, but I have had no luck finding earier posts.
I am using Vegas Pro 12 Build 770 (64 bit) which is the latest version before 13.
My problem is with adding 24p MOV clips from a Panasonic GH3 to the timeline (ALL-INTRA 72Mbps). Neither 50p (not ALL-INTRA) MOV nor 25p ALL-INTRA MOV files present a problem. I want to use 24p because I want to burn to Blu-ray.
The clips in 24p MOV appear with the video content extended beyond the end of the audio track (repeating the last frame), and around five times the duration of the audio.
I heard that this was a bug in earlier versions, but never seemed to be resolved. One suggestion was to use MP4 rather than MOV format, but this is of no use with the GH3, because there is no option for 24p, only 25p at a lowly 20 Mbps
I am wondering if anyboby has had recent eperience with this problem and has a solution.
