Hi I have a problem on pan / crop more precisely on the move freely function which is locked by a padlock and I cannot move the position of the video freely, could you tell me how to solve? thank you
Clicking on the Move Freely (X or Y) icon should toggle between move X only, move Y only and move freely. The icon image changes but albeit those icons are very small.

As the name revealed, Pan/Crop determine the borderline and/or sizecontent.
Go trackhead->trackmotion, there you adjust the position(ing).
I was having this issue today, however I figured it out.
In the crop/pan tool editor, down the bottom left you can click on the arrow icon to swap between the X and Y axis for movement, right? There's a third option which is a diagonal arrow but this unlocks the movement for both X and Y axis.
I hope this makes sense.
