Movie renders with no sound...the 1st time

I have a template that I switch videos into once a week. It's about 30 mins long with many segments. Every time without fail I render it the 1st time there's no sound. So I render it again. Viola fine. What the heck is going on here?

Can you show a screenshot of the loaded timeline with headers from that project?
