Movie Studio 13 Suite not listed in "My Products"

I purchased "Movie Studio 13 Suite" on March 16, 2014. Those products aren't listed under 'My Products' in my account page. I've tried several ways to activate those programs with their serial numbers, but the server never accepts them.

Products listed under 'My Products', download and activate just fine (Sound Forge Pro 11).

Any ideas? Does someone need to add the Suite items to My Products?

(Products Purchased but missing from "My Products" under my account.)

Movie Studio 13 Suite, DVD Architect Studio 5, Music Studio 10, Audio Studio 10, Vocal Eraser plugin and Izotope Audio Enhancer plugin.

Do you have one or more accounts at Magix or Sony and.........
do and did you use everywhere the same email adress?

One account at Sony and one account at Magix...use same email for both.
