Transfer of SCS serial numbers

Dear community,

The transition phase is officially complete. On October 25, 2016 all Sony Creative Software serial numbers will be transferred to MAGIX. This means from then on you can enter your serial numbers on MAGIX portals in order to register your software or access downloads.

Although the serial numbers remain fully functional, it may take several days before they appear in the MAGIX login area. We ask for your patience during this phase. Once the migration is complete, all of your serial numbers will be listed.
 

In the meantime, we recommend that you take a screenshot of your serial number listing in the sonycreativesoftware.com login area.
 

Please note: If you have used your serial number with more than one email address, after migration is complete your serial number will only be visible in the account where you first used it.

In case you may be wondering where in "sonycreativesoftware.com login area", I find the listing if I log in to my old SCS account and go to My Account > My Software.

I bought v13 during the promotional offer for the free copy of v14, and I have yet to receive any upgrade instructions. Also, I am unable to put my existing v13 SN into the registration section of magix.com/us/support/my-service-center

UPDATE (2016-10-21): After contacting Magix Sales, I received an email from them with a link to the download for Vegas 14 and registration codes for VEGAS Pro 14, VEGAS DVD Architect, proDAD Mercalli V4, proDAD CMOS Fixr, and NewBlueFX Titler Pro Express / NewBlueFX Looks. I was also able to register Vegas and Architect through the Magix site, and see them in “My products” section.

I'm not seeing any "My Products" section .... only "My Contracts", which is empty.  Do we have to enter our serial numbers again?

Seeing his latest comment though, it seems your serial numbers are not listed as promised, but you need to enter them again. Confusing. And from a moderator post 10/22/2016

Software you bought recenty from MAGIX should be at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and from next Tuesday 25th your old Sony Creative Software should also be available there.

As written above it will take some time to see all your serials automatically in your account. But you can shortcut this by registering all your serials directly in the MAGIX Service Center like Cornico.

The "My Products" section doesn't appear until you've manually registered at least one serial number.  I was able to input all of my serials (which a few weeks ago weren't accepted) and I can see all of my products.  Not all of the older ones have download links, but that's not an issue for me.

So the confusion was only due to a definition of the word "complete". Thank you.

I think I'll wait for awhile to see all my 13 SCS serial numbers there. Not an unlucky number I hope.

I’m a little confused. Should I be seeing my previous purchases? I was able to register 14, but I don’t see any of the other versions I purchased. I’m not sure if it makes a difference; I guess it was just fun to see how long I’ve been invested.

I don't see any of my old S/N for the products as yet. I had purchased and created an account on the Magix site for Vegas 14, but not sure if that is the same account the number will be transfered to. I had a bunch of software and not sure how to re-enter them since I don't have them other then what existed on the old site. Any advice or help how to get them back into my account would be great.

That's the problem, I don't. I didn't catch a screen shot before sony site went down. I had about a dozen or so and likely in old deleted emails except for the very current. I don't have alot of it installed so can't get it that way either. 

Any reason that my software list did not migrate over (or is it still in process?)
