Movie Studio 14 Platinum

Hi. Anyone here who can help me with this problem. Everytime I execute the Magix Installation Manager for my movie studio platinum 14, this window with these message "An error had occurred during communication.Please check your internet connection.Please check the following prerequisites for a successful transfer: Check that your network attachments are correct (modem,network cable...) Check to see if your internet connection settings are correct in your system settings (network connection).With help from your network administrator or Internet service team make sure that current settings are correct.Abort Retry Ignore". I had disabled my antivirus & firewall too. Still failed. I'am using a window 10 home edition, intel corei7 9th gen, 16gb ram & a gtx 1660 ti video card.

I think some setting in Windows (Defender???) is blocking that an app is possible to download things.
Disable those settings and be the administrator at performing the Installation manager.

Both Nvidia GPU's have driver version 456.38 Studio Driver.
TV      :LG 4K 55EG960V

Hi@j-v. I had disabled windows defender & firewall too. I also run as admin the installation manager but still failed. 🙂
