Movie Studio 16 Platinum Edition Trial Stuck on "Creating File I/O"

I downloaded the Trial for Movie Studio 16 Platinum Edition because I was thinking of buying it, but I have an issue that causes the program to get stuck on "Creating File I/O" forever. I have watched videos telling me to end the task of "FileIOSurrogate" but that just causes the program to close and asks me to leave a support request. I have watched videos telling me to change the program to run in the Windows Vista environment. I have tried everything. Here are my specs:

I would like to help you, but I have no idea what you are doing in and with this edit program, so you have to give a lot more info than only your computer info.

I am using Windows 10 Home Version 1803. I can't give you the build number of the software because I can't get into it, but I'm assuming I have the latest version because I downloaded it a few minutes ago. I want to edit my videos and upload them to youtube if that's really relevant information.

That's what the program is made to do.

and what was you doing with them when you got your problem. Describe because I cannot see what you did with those files

When I open Movie Studio 16, it says what's in the photo. The progress bar never progresses any further. I got the issue when opening the program.

So, you better uninstall it , re boot and install again.

I got the issue when opening the program.

Now it is clear what your problem is, you cannot open/start the program, so it get not stuck

but I have an issue that causes the program to get stuck on "Creating File I/O"

but it will not open.
If the suggestion of @FayFen does not work, first try to re-download the installationfile , download the latest drivers for your Mobo and Graphics drivers and try again.

If everything fails look if you meet the specifications for the program and/or send a support question to Magix.
