Having multiple issues! Sound vanishing from video files, entering the titles and text in the video a nightmare. Keeps pinging back to text style and size I did NOT select! Pic behind the text not working - constant crashing also! I had the movie had the platinum had version 10 program, and it now will not work due to window 10 update..lost the software. I found the link to re-install, but won't work at entering the key, etc. Thinking the entire program is a disaster and corrupt! Have tried to re install it..and it is telling me the pin is incorrect ! It is NOT incorrect..over it. Making a video should not be so difficult, this program is just rubbish so far. I have managed to make a couple of vids, but not without massive issues each time
