Movie studio 17.0 has stopped working after installation

Hello guys, can you help me please? I don't even know what is and why I have this problem. 

I downloaded movie studio 17.0 last week. Download was succeed but it's not working.

I have to use VEGAS this week... plz help me.

What is your hardware?
Processor, Graphics card, Windows version?

I was able to get it start and work with it 1 time. Now, when I try to start the application, it loads and then locks up. I see where it says "Not Responding" every time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I get the same issue. I am on Build 204.

I'm using Win10. My hardware should be more than enough.

Any help is appreciated.

Your problem is totally different than the questions from the original poster @june-p. Much better to start your own post.
