Movie Studio 17 Plat. & Sound Forge not starting

I purchased online from the MAGIX store. Installed, entered product keys, and registered successfully. When dbl clicking either application (MS17P or SF), the splash logo appears, you can see that the applications will begin to load and then the splash logo closes and nothing happens. Nothing loads. I had Movie Studio 4 installed and it loaded with no problem. Now, I cannot get Movie Studio 4 to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I don't know what to do. I'm running WIN10 and haven't had any issues until this. Any suggestions?

I was able to determine the issue myself and rather than delete my query to the forum, I figured I would provide the solution should someone else experience the same issue.

When you run the exe file to download the install application, it will give you the option to also download and install other applications such as Sound Forge Audio Studio 14. If you don't expand the title field, you won't see that there are two version of Sound Forge. One is 32 bit and the other is 64 bit. Now I'm running Windows 10 64 bit operating system, HOWEVER, you cannot run Sound Forged 64 bit on this OS. If you download and install Sound Forge 64 bit, you will experience the issue I had above where you will not be able to initialize or run Movie Studio or either verson of Sound Forge. I could not run Movie Studio 4 either with SF 64 bit installed. Solution is to uninstall Sound Forge 64 bit version and Movie Studio will work fine. If you want SF, you must download and install the 32 bit version and then all is right with the applications.

Hope this helps anyone who has come across this situation.
